I had the privilege of being invited to participate in the "KIDMIE - Kunst in Dialoog met Industrie" group exhibition, held at the abandoned VELBA lingerie factory in Schellebelle. The location was a true marvel, with nature gradually reclaiming its place in some of the rooms. I was immediately captivated and inspired by the building's beauty, and I knew I had to document and pay homage to it through my paintings before it was demolished to make way for a housing project.
My paintings were displayed on-site for several weeks, and they received overwhelming praise from the audience. If you're interested in exploring them up close, I've uploaded a video section on my YouTube channel that can give you the full experience.
